Pills, insulin, fluids, and the cats who need more patience
Plenty of sitters will say they are comfortable with medication and then quietly skip a dose. We would rather tell you exactly what we do and do not take on. If your cat is diabetic, in renal failure, recovering from surgery, or simply eighteen years old and particular, this is a conversation to have at the meet-and-greet, not in a booking form.
What's included
- Oral medication — pills, pockets, liquids, transdermal ear gels
- Insulin injections on a fixed schedule
- Subcutaneous fluids for cats already established on them
- Appetite, output, and behavior noted at every visit and reported to you
- Your vet on file, and a standing authorization to get your cat there if it comes to that
- Extra-slow visits for shy, senior, or newly adopted cats
